Maintenance Contracts
We offer a fully managed maintenance plan that will keep you running efficiently saving time and money.
Our maintained financed contracts offer a fully managed maintenance program that can be utilised for all your fleet vehicles regardless of the acquisition. We can offer this service as a bolt-on to any new vehicle acquired.
By outsourcing this service you can use the support platform for driver support, tyres, breakdowns, accidents and vehicle servicing regardless of who is providing your vehicle finance.
By consolidating your invoices you can reduce internal administration overheads and benefit from a fixed maintenance cost for all UK based vehicles.
DeFleet
Our end of contract service that helps to minimise lease companies damage recharges.
With the DeFleet service, we will contact you 6-8 weeks prior to the end of each contract to arrange any necessary damage inspections of the vehicle.
Our priority is to cause as little disruption to you and your driver as possible, so we will carry out our inspection on site at a convenient time for you.
We will send you a report document with digital imagery to help you to decide if you wish to carry out any repair work. Should you wish to, we can arrange this at a time to suit you to cause minimum disruption.
A charge of £50 plus VAT applies for each inspection. £25 plus the VAT are refundable should you undertake any repairs and the bill is in excess of £250 plus VAT.
Mini Lease
A mini lease is a month by month leasing contract, a pay as you go service. You choose the vehicle you require, put a month’s deposit down and then pay one month at a time.
We will deliver your vehicle within four hours of the funding being cleared to anywhere in the UK. Our monthly rates work out far less expensive than the equivalent daily rental rates. Mini Lease is a great way to try out the leasing service.
Accident Management
Had an accident? Don’t worry, we have got you covered from incident to return or replacement vehicle.
Should one of your driver’s be involved in an accident, rest assure that we have you covered. Accident management is a complementary part of our comprehensive maintenance package.
Our dedicated staff will handle the claim process from the initial incident report all the way to getting your driver back on the road.
All our contracts can take up this additional accident management cover for a nominal monthly fee if they don’t currently have the comprehensive maintenance package.
Licence Checking
Our user friendly online system makes it easy for you to carry out licence checks against the DVLA and DVLC database.
It won’t take you long to get set up and be able to use our automated licence checking system to carry out employee licence checks against the DVLA and DVLC database. The system also provides checks for any requested ‘Grey Fleet’ personal allowance or occasional business users for business use insurance, RFL and MOT all on a monthly basis ensuring that you remain compliant with your cover.
We do not charge to check vehicle licences and all reports and statics can easily be viewed and MI reports retrieved.
Fuel Cards
Benefit from nationally agreed weekly fuel pricing
Buying fuel the simple way, with a fuel card, is the best way to streamline your fuel usage. You can utilise a couple of cards across multiple fuel networks and still benefit from a nationally agreed weekly price across your whole network regardless of the purchase location. All this can be consolidated into a single monthly invoice streamlining your administration.
You will benefit from an online system that is integrated and you can order cards and MI reports without incurring a fee. The nationally fixed weekly pricing has the potential to save you 5% on your annual fuel spend.
Breakdown Assistance
Receive breakdown assistance for the duration of the contract across the whole of mainland UK.
The fully maintained contracts include UK mainland breakdown assistance for the duration of the contract via our full comprehensive breakdown cover.
Drivers are fully supported 7 days a week with a dedicated driver help line.
Please be aware that non maintained contracts will only receive the manufacturers standard breakdown assistance. Your designated account manager will be able to advise you on your best option.
Vehicle Telematics

Mileage Management
Pooled mileage has always been accepted amongst larger fleets as a way to manage volatile contract mileages. The alternative was to allow contracts to run over and end up paying excess charges or paying for unused mileage.
With pooled mileage to be advantageous to corporate SME fleet customers, you will ordinarily need to commit to one or two contract hire companies. This agreement creates the opportunity for the provider(s) to cut out all of their competition.
